Fingerprints are available by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call 850‑674‑5645. Appointment times are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Only the individual being fingerprinted will be allowed to attend the appointment, so please make any necessary childcare arrangements in advance.
Please bring:
- Your valid driver’s license
- Your ORI Number (Organization Identifier Number)
If the ORI Number is not included in your paperwork, please obtain it prior to the appointment.
Fees
- Fingerprints only: $100
- Fingerprints with a photo: $125
Methods of payment accepted are Master Card or Visa, personal check on the clients account and/or cash.
