The Florida Department of Health in Calhoun County offers the following family planning services.
• Pregnancy Testing
• Physical Exams including pap smear and breast examinations
• Contraception (birth control methods) as prescribed by clinic practitioners
• Sterilization referrals for men and women
• No abortion services provided
• Family planning education
• Counseling and referrals
Family planning services are open to all women and men of childbearing age.
Service fees are based on a sliding fee scale.
Appointments
Family Planning services are available Mondays through Fridays. New Patient appointments and Annual Exams are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Open Access appointments are available. Please call 850-674-5645 for more information.
